Six products I built and shipped
Each one is mine end to end: product definition, development, interface, copy, branding and launch site. Pick one and try a working piece of it right here — no sign-up, nothing sent anywhere.
BizBrain
AI workspaceWho it is for. Finance, marketing and operations teams drowning in PDFs and spreadsheets.
The problem. The answer is already in the documents. Finding it takes a person a day.
- Summarise, extract and translate PDFs and spreadsheets
- Turn raw figures into analysis with plain-language recommendations
- Reports that generate and deliver themselves on a schedule
Peoplyx
HR automationWho it is for. Bangladeshi employers running an office and a factory floor at once.
The problem. Payroll software assumes everyone is salaried. Most of the country is not.
- Rank a thousand CVs with the evidence behind every score
- Monthly, hourly, daily-wage and piece-rate payroll side by side
- Statutory wage, muster and overtime registers as ordinary exports
AppForge
No-code app builderWho it is for. Agencies and site owners who need a store-ready app, not a rebuild.
The problem. A wrapped website gets rejected unless it does something a bookmark cannot.
- Point it at a URL, get signed .aab and .ipa builds
- 50+ real native APIs toggled from a dashboard
- AI pre-submission audit that flags what reviewers reject
Crew
AI workforceWho it is for. Small teams without an assistant, a bookkeeper or a recruiter.
The problem. AI that acts on its own is a liability. AI that drafts is an employee.
- Fifteen specialists across operations, sales, marketing, finance and people
- Nothing sends, posts or bills until a person approves it
- Credits metered per action, cost shown before it runs
Rent Atlas
Open-data productWho it is for. Renters, journalists and housing researchers across the United States.
The problem. HUD publishes the national rent benchmark as a spreadsheet nobody opens.
- 3,229 county pages and 38,601 ZIP pages, ranked and comparable
- The income each rent demands at HUD's own 30% threshold
- Generated straight from HUD’s published spreadsheets, full methodology shown
Tenancy
Property managementWho it is for. Bangladeshi landlords still keeping the khata in a drawer.
The problem. Six separate books, done by hand, every month, for every flat.
- Rent, electricity, parking and tenant files in one place
- Receipts on the 58mm Bluetooth printer you already own
- Works offline, in Bangla or English, with no account

Campaign design
Concept campaigns for brands I admire — self-initiated work exploring how I’d promote them. Automotive, hospitality, healthcare and FMCG. Click any brand to see the full set.
Magazines — editorial design
Full resort magazines, cover to back page: structure, art direction, layout, image treatment and typesetting. Click any cover to read it here, or open it in a new tab to download.
Concept work. Created independently. Not commissioned by, or affiliated with, the resorts shown. All trademarks and brand marks remain the property of their respective owners.
What I make
Most clients start with one of these and end up using two or three — same person, no handover cost, and everything matches by default.
AI web applications
Full products, not prototypes. Multi-tenant web apps with accounts, plan tiers, documentation and real AI features behind them — defined, built, branded and launched end to end.
AI workflow & automation
Document and data analysis, bulk screening, scheduled reporting, content pipelines. Prompt engineering and AI-assisted production that cuts turnaround without cutting quality.
Promotional video
Brand films, product promos, and campaign video. Concept and script through to final edit, captions and music. Plus software demos and walkthroughs.
Social & ad creative
Reels, Shorts, TikTok and advertising cuts, plus the social graphics, thumbnails and web banners that run alongside them.
Print & brand materials
Posters, leaflets, brochures, billboards and packaging artwork. The offline half of a campaign that most remote freelancers can't deliver.
Decks & campaign planning
Pitch decks, company profiles and business presentations — plus the campaign concepting behind it all, not just execution.
Websites & ecommerce
Full site and store builds — catalogue structure, product data, accounts, cart, checkout and multi-currency. Currently building one as CTO for a US client.
UI/UX design & software QA
Interface and flow design for web apps and dashboards, plus functionality testing — walking a build screen by screen, finding what breaks, and writing it up clearly enough to be fixed.

Own products · AI development
Building and shipping six products solo
Building and shipping six products solo
The situation
I wanted to find out whether one person working evenings could take an AI product all the way from idea to a live service with paid tiers — not a prototype or a demo video, but something a stranger could sign up for and use.
What I did
- Built six distinct products: BizBrain, an AI workspace for documents and business data; Peoplyx, HR automation and payroll for Bangladeshi offices and factories; AppForge, which turns a website into a signed native iOS and Android app; Crew, a workspace of fifteen AI employees with a human approval queue; Rent Atlas, which turns HUD’s Fair Market Rent datasets into 42,000 comparable pages; and Tenancy, a six-ledger rental management app for Bangladeshi landlords that prints receipts on the thermal printers they already own.
- Owned the whole chain on each one — product definition, AI-assisted development, interface, copywriting, branding, pricing structure, user manuals and launch site.
- Designed each around a real constraint rather than a feature list. Peoplyx exists because the February 2026 labour amendment made attendance and overtime registers something an inspector can ask for. AppForge exists because wrapped apps get rejected unless they add genuine native function, so it ships an AI audit that flags those patterns before submission.
- Keep all six live and in active development, with ten to twelve planned across the series.
Why it matters
Fourteen years of marketing taught me what a product needs to say. Building these taught me what it takes to ship one. Clients who need AI work usually need both halves — someone who can build the thing and then explain it to a market.
US client · Training video
Producing Office 365 course video for a US learning platform
Producing Office 365 course video for a US learning platform
The situation
A US learning platform needed long-form instructional video covering Microsoft Office 365 — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, OneNote and SharePoint — for a professional online audience paying to learn.
What I did
- Scripted and structured the courseware, breaking each product into modules that could be followed in sequence or dipped into.
- Produced the video content end to end, explaining features practically rather than exhaustively.
- Wrote for an audience that would abandon the course if a section dragged — which disciplines you quickly about what to cut.
- Delivered remotely to a US team across time zones, on schedule, over eighteen months.
Why it matters
Polished, long-form video delivered to a Western client on schedule, over eighteen months. If you want evidence that the production quality holds up and the deadlines get met, this is it.
US client · 2018 – 2023
Five years of remote technical training for a US company
Five years of remote technical training for a US company
The situation
A US training provider needed instruction delivered remotely across a broad technical curriculum — Microsoft Office and Office 365, project management, Agile, ITIL, cloud computing and AWS, digital marketing, and graphic design.
What I did
- Delivered live training to US-based learners, working to US hours from Dhaka.
- Built training materials and ran practical, hands-on sessions rather than lecture-only delivery.
- Guided learners through structured skill development across quite different subject areas.
- Held the engagement for five continuous years, from 2018 until the company closed in 2023.
Why it matters
The honest concern with any offshore hire is whether they will still be there in six months, keep your hours, and understand what you meant. Five unbroken years with one US client — ending only because the company did — answers that without me having to argue it.
US client · Ongoing · CTO
Acting CTO for a Texas company, building their ecommerce platform
Acting CTO for a Texas company, building their ecommerce platform
The situation
A registered Texas company dealing in authenticated ancient coins and artifacts needed an ecommerce platform built from nothing. Not a generic product grid — a catalogue where every piece carries its own attribution, period, metal, weight, condition and provenance record, because that documentation is what the buyer is actually paying for.
What I did
- Took the CTO role and own the technical direction, not just the build.
- Developing the full storefront: collections by civilisation, individual piece pages carrying full catalogue data, search, cart, wishlist, accounts, multi-currency display and worldwide shipping.
- Running it live on a staging domain so the client works in the real thing and reacts to it, rather than signing off on mockups.
- Absorbing continuous change requests as the client's requirements settle — which is the actual job on a build like this, and the reason it is still moving.
Why it matters
This one is current and it is American. It also shows the range: the same person producing campaign video and print is the person holding technical ownership of a US client's commerce platform. It goes to their own domain once the requirements are locked.
Brand building · Since 2016
Ten years running every promotional channel for a software company
Ten years running every promotional channel for a software company
The situation
A Bangladeshi software product that needed a market presence and had no marketing function to build one. The title is Head of Business; in practice it means every channel the brand reaches people through is mine, and has been since 2016.
What I did
- Own SEO, the websites, and the full search and social presence.
- Produce the promotional material end to end — print, digital, social creative, presentations and company profiles.
- Run software demonstrations, client training and implementation, so the marketing claims and the product reality stay the same thing.
- Plan the campaigns and then execute them, with no separate agency, designer or content team to hand off to.
Why it matters
Ten years on one brand is where you learn what compounds and what merely fills a calendar. It is also the clearest example of the whole stack inside one job — strategy, creative production, technical demonstration and training, from one person.
Campaigns, partnerships & events
A nine-month national contest and a 1,000-participant government programme
A nine-month national contest and a 1,000-participant government programme
The situation
Two national programmes at the same company. The first was a nationwide mobile app development contest run jointly with Prothom Alo, Bangladesh's largest daily, which had to hold entrant, sponsor and media attention for nine straight months. The second was a divisional boot camp under the National Mobile Application Development Awareness & Capacity Building Program — a government initiative under the ICT Division, reporting to a Project Director, with more than a thousand participants expected.
What I did
- Coordinated the full nine-month contest under the Head of Marketing, and worked the partner roster: Rupali Bank as Platinum Sponsor, Robi Axiata as Exclusive Telecom Partner, Channel i as Media Partner, ABC Radio as Radio Partner, and the Ministry of ICT as Strategic Partner.
- Kept print, television and radio coverage running for the whole duration, rather than letting momentum collapse after the launch announcement.
- Coordinated the boot camp end to end under the Project Director, handling the promotion and participant communication that got 1,000+ people through the door.
- Worked directly with government stakeholders, where process and reporting requirements are considerably stricter than in the private sector.
- Delivered 60+ events in total at EATL, including campus activations across 40 universities, and ran the company's entire social presence single-handed.
Why it matters
Most freelancers have never had to keep five organisations aligned on one campaign for nine months, or deliver inside a public-sector programme. Coordinating a bank, a telecom operator, a TV channel, a national newspaper and a government ministry is a different discipline from posting on a schedule — and it is the part that transfers directly to managing a demanding client.
Why I'm a low-risk hire
I've been working remotely with US-based companies since 2018 — five years as a technical trainer with MaxLarn in Texas until the company closed in 2023, producing Office 365 course video for the Skill Me Up platform before that, and currently acting as CTO for Ancient Hobby LLC, also Texas-registered. Cross-timezone remote delivery isn't something I'm hoping to try. It's how I've worked for most of a decade.
The AI part isn't a line on a skills list. I've built and launched six live products — BizBrain, Peoplyx, AppForge and Crew as web apps, Rent Atlas as an open-data site, and Tenancy as an Android app — doing the product definition, the development, the interface, the copy, the branding and the documentation myself, with ten to twelve planned in total. If you want to know whether I can ship an AI product rather than talk about one, all six are live and you can open them right now.
More about how I work
I studied at Western Sydney University — a Bachelor of Computing in Information Systems — and lived and worked in Australia for four years. Working with Australian, British, and North American teams is familiar rather than an adjustment, and my English doesn't need allowances made for it.
Marketing and campaign work since 2012, video and AV production since 2013 — two careers of the same length, running in parallel, now with AI-assisted development alongside them. That's why I can define a product, build it, and plan the campaign that launches it, rather than waiting to be told what to make.
I work across industries, and I'm particularly strong with technology and B2B, having spent fourteen years inside software companies — EATL, Troyee (an established Bangladeshi accounting and ERP product used by banks, financial institutions and government departments), and now GPAC, where I lead business and marketing.
I'm based in Dhaka on GMT+6 and keep hours that overlap AEST, GMT, EST, and PST. I'll be on your calls, not just in your inbox the following morning.
Outside paid work I serve as Assistant General Secretary of AK Foundation, a non-profit — which is where I do the unglamorous committee and coordination work that nobody puts on a portfolio.
